3 WEIGHT VEST EXERCISES

1 - WALKING LUNGE

Right knee lunge, left knee almost touches the floor. Push through heel. Left lunge. x20 REPS

2 - PULL UPS:

Grab bar with overhand grip. Pull your shoulder blades together and cross the bar with your chin. Lower down and repeat. x15 REPS

3 - PLANK PRESS-UP

Plank position. Place your elbows under your shoulders. Straighten your arms, pull up, then go back to initial position. x15 REPS
