We're incredibly sorry for the huge delay some of you experienced after ordering your Thor Hammer with manufacturing defects. Due to (still) ongoing issues with former warehousing partners, some orders could not be shipped.

We don't want to have to make excuses any more. That's why instead of the slightly damaged hammer(s) you ordered, we're sending a brand-new, scratchless Thor your way. 

Again, we're incredibly sorry for this terrible customer experience. We aim at providing the best service possible and greatly regret having had to make you wait. We read every comment and every email from the community regarding this issue, and today, we can finally give a proper response.
