I purchased the Tribe Wod kettle bell originally looking to increase my grip strength with endurance holds, but this thing is also great for rehabilitation of torn muscles close to your forearm and biceps, as well as muscle activation through time and endurance holds. Definitely getting a 35 next for some heavier moves. I love how many accessory muscles are activated doing unilateral exercises. The overall naturalness of gripping a hammer is an excellent way to add some much needed excitement if you’ve been lifting for over 10 years and I’m only 33. Cheers.
