Boxes came in banged up and there’s some minor cosmetic damage, but the hammers themselves are a fun change from dumbbells and kettlebells.
they are exactly what I wanted, and thought they would be.
Bought this after a friend bought a set of 25, 45, 55lb ones. Saw it in person. I am going to give this an honest review so both pros and cons are included. Pros: feel like Thor when lifting the hammer up. Gives you more specific muscle training depending on how you hold it. Can work Brachioradialis by holding it further. Can be used to mix up workouts. Cons: Other than listed pros, its much like a kettlebell. You still get a good workout though.
Great product - on time delivery.
I very much enjoy my Thor 25. I wrapped the handle with a peice of flat exercise band and it makes for a nice firm grip. The pommel also keeps the hammer from slipping. I find that I really like how the weight of the hammer sits differently from my other kettlebells and it has earned a spot in my go-to line up. It also looks even better in person which is great. Your wellness tools should make you want to pick them up and use them and everyone that sees it wants to pick it up!
