US orders over $150 ship for free. Shipping for lower value orders varies depending on product and distance from shipping centers.

For items that are in stock, we strive to ship them within 1-3 business days. For items that are backordered or on Pre-Order stage, information regarding estimated shipping times can be found on our website on the product description page. Most products ship directly from our US-based fulfillment centers. For orders placed outside the US, estimated shipping delays could be up to an additional 5-7 days unless specified in the product description.
We centralize most of our product arrivals at our US fulfillment centers; occasionally, however, we ship directly from a manufacturer. In this case, you may receive multiple packages.
We do not offer an exclusive shipping insurance, however, you may reach out to UPS or the specific carrier to inquire about their policies.
All of our UPS orders can be tracked. As soon as you receive an email containing the tracking number, you can track the shipment on the carrier’s website.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Discount coupons and gift cards should be applied at checkout.
Orders can be changed or canceled within the first few hours before the product is packed and ready to be shipped. To request a change or cancellation, please send an email to email@example.com.
Currently, we only accept payments through Stripe (credit and debit cards).
Import duties and taxes are covered within shipping costs.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for most items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange. Original shipping charges incurred on your purchase aren’t refundable as part of your return or exchange.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Health and personal care items
- Sale Items
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you can return it for a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will be notified about your return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds are provided within 5-10 business days based on the original method of payment and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds are processed once items are received and inspected at our fulfillment center. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or wish to return it for a refund, or if there is something else wrong with the order you received, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide pictures of the damaged item(s). Please keep the original packaging and do not remove any tags from the damaged or defective item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you wish to exchange an item please return the item, unused and in its original packaging, for a refund. You may purchase a different item, separately.
A 22% re-stocking fee will be incurred for returns of heavy items above 30 lbs.
