Love this hammer / kettle bell. Makes lifting more fun.

Better than expected

I originally got the thor hammers because of the novalty, and I'm a huge Marvel fan. After using them, I now believe they may even be better than traditional dumbells, because are not ballanced and as a result I'm using my muscles in a different way.

Double 25 Thor Kettlebell Hammer

I really like hammers. They are well built, easy to handle even when sweaty, and work my shoulders, wrists, forearms, and core very differently from a kettlebell, dumbbell or barbell. Before you buy research the drills and exercises and make sure they will work for your goals. They work for me, I now have a 35, 55 and 2-25 hammers. My next one will be a 70 to round out my set.

I got the 45lb hammer and I have to admit that it is a lot more challenging than I thought it would be. I'm very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the material and will be using this for a long time!
