35lbs plate sledgehammer

I purchase this extra weight and receive it with only one bolt. I contacted the "Customer Success Team" several times, they asked for a photo, and I sent it. I offered to buy it online, but I needed the specifications. That was in early December 2023. To this day all I have received is emails asking if my problem has been solved and announcing that they are going to close my "inquiry".
Never again.

30 seconds on. 30 seconds off for 20 minutes to end my workout. On off days 20 slams drops sets for cardio.

Great product. It will definitely be a part of my workout regimen.

Great sledgehammer...love it!

I love this product my only issue is that the 35 lb plate add on the nut for the bolts would not fit in the holes, So I took it to a machine shop, and had to have them open up the size of the holes to allow it to fit. I think you should have checked this out before it was sold. As I see other people have had a similar issue. I have a lot of your equipment in my Gym and I am very pleased with them this has been my only issue.
