REFUND & EXCHANGE
We provide refunds for returns of undamaged items. Returned items must be in their original packaging with tags. If you receive a damaged or defective item and wish to return it for a refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide pictures of the damaged item(s). Please keep the original packaging and do not remove any tags from the damaged or defective item.
Refunds are processed once items are received and inspected at our fulfillment center. Refunds are provided within 5-10 business days based on original method of payment.
NOTE: we do not refund items that are made to order.
a 22% re-stocking fee will apply for returns of heavy items above 30 lbs.
Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.
Original shipping charges incurred on your purchase aren’t refundable as part of your return or exchange.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If you have received an item and wish to exchange it please return the item, unused and in its original packaging, for a refund. You may purchase another item, separately.
Continental US 48 customers will be responsible for return shipping only for most items.
All customers outside the Continental US 48 will be responsible for shipping both ways.
